Hearts extend lead | Jags net five | Spartans beat EK

Heart of Midlothian saw off Dundee 4-0 at Tynecastle go to nine points clear at the top of the William Hill Premiership. Falkirk beat Kilmarnock 3-1 to climb to fifth place while bottom club Livingston held Hibernian to a 2-2 draw in West Lothian.

St Johnstone stay three points clear in the William Hill Championship after beating Airdrieonians 3-0 at McDiarmid Park while second-placed Partick Thistle thrashed Queen's Park 5-0 at Firhill. Arbroath saw off Ross County 3-0 at Gayfield while it finished 1-1 between Raith Rovers and Morton at Stark's Park.

Inverness CT are top of William Hill League 1 after a 1-0 home win over Montrose while Stenhousemuir slipped to second following a 1-1 draw at Queen of the South. Alloa Athletic are third after beating Kelty Hearts 3-0 at the Indodrill Stadium and Peterhead are fourth following a 2-1 away to bottom club Cove Rangers. East Fife and Hamilton Accies drew 1-1 at Bayview.

The Spartans beat East Kilbride 2-1 to go six points clear in William Hill League 2 while third-placed Clyde beat Dumbarton 3-1. Elgin City are fourth following a 2-0 home win over Annan Athletic. Stranraer beat Forfar Athletic 3-1 at Stair Park while Edinburgh City won 1-0 at Stirling Albion.
