The SPFL has today announced it has frozen ticket prices and that under 12s will gain free entry to the KDM Evolution Trophy final - as it confirmed ticket details for the match.
Raith Rovers v Inverness Caledonian Thistle will take place at the Wyre Stadium at Firhill on Sunday April 5 and will be broadcast live on BBC ALBA, kick-off 4.10pm.
Following agreement between the two finalists, the SPFL is pleased to confirm that under 12s will again be admitted free of charge with a paying adult. Adult tickets are priced at £20 with concessions (65+ and students) and juveniles (aged 12-16) priced at £12 and £6 respectively.
SPFL group chief executive Neil Doncaster said: “We are pleased to announce that the KDM Evolution Trophy final ticket prices have been frozen for a second consecutive year, and that under 12s will again gain free entry with a paying adult.
“Everyone at the SPFL is hugely looking forward to welcoming supporters of both clubs to Firhill for what promises to be a memorable final.
“I would also like to thank our highly valued tournament sponsor KDM Group for their incredible support throughout the first year of sponsorship of our new-look competition.”
Iain Jones, chief executive director at the Scottish based international construction firm KDM Group, said: “Everyone at KDM Group is hugely looking forward to this year’s KDM Evolution Trophy final.
“One of the reasons KDM Group were so keen to get behind this exciting new competition format was the opportunities it provides to young players, and we’re so proud of the extra playing minutes this tournament has already provided to aspiring footballers throughout Scotland this season.
“The KDM Evolution Trophy name aligns with the wider growth of our business. We look forward to supporting this competition in the years to come and wish both clubs well in the final.”
Supporters of both Raith Rovers and Inverness Caledonian Thistle will have access to tickets in the Jackie Husband Stand, with Raith Rovers supporters also having access to the John Lambie Stand.
The two finalists will announce ticket sale information via their own channels in due course.
Ticket information was set after the SPFL last week published the match details for the KDM Evolution trophy final, which confirmed the Wyre Stadium at Firhill as the host venue.
The Wyre Stadium at Firhill has staged a number of high-profile matches over the years, including the Scotland Women’s National Team’s UEFA European Championship qualifier versus Serbia in 2024.
The venue was selected after challenging winter weather conditions, including very high levels of rainfall in recent months, impacted the suitability of pitches in the north and east of the country, which would otherwise have been considered for this important showcase match.
