East Kilbride duo claim awards

East Kilbride duo Mick Kennedy and Bobby McLuckie have scooped monthly awards for February.

Manager Kennedy led the club to five wins from five across the month to win the Scottish League Two Glen’s Manager of the Month accolade.

East Kilbride kicked off February with a 2-0 away win at Edinburgh City before securing a 4-2 victory over Annan Athletic. The club went on to record an emphatic 6-1 triumph at Elgin City, before rounding off the month with 3-1 wins against both Dumbarton and Clyde.

Forward McLuckie, on loan from Heart of Midlothian, scored five goals to claim the William Hill League 2 Player of the Month award.
